With ODE We’re combining old traditions with new possibilities as we create versatile, everyday watches that inspire a lasting emotional experience and connection.
ODE is owned and operated by the stæhr family in Denmark. Since 1942 the family have been working with watches and jewelry. In 1952 the family started creating its own watches that have been sold ever since. Our many years of experience has allowed us to create a product that is high in quality and fair in price. We have adapted all the modern traits one will expect from the watches of today. Ode is the manifastiaon of 73 years of experience in the watch business and a wish to create a direct dialogue with the watch consumer of today.
Our business is owned by the third generation of the family. It is located on the outskirts of Copenhagen in our headquarters where we have inhouse watchmakers, our own distrubiton and sales and marketing offices.
Danish Design
For our two first watches, The Statesman & The Globetrotter we partnered with Renowned Danish Designer Magnus Jørgensen. Magnus has experience designing for worldwide design icons such as Fritz Hansen & Rosendahl.
